Although i gained 5 lbs that weekend eating here all the time, it was worth it. Biscuits & gravy, tasty veggies & even the fish was good. Also randomly bought a cute purse at the store too... win win!

I love going there. The place never gets old. It's homey. It's Kitchy. It's cute! You can shop for a bit while you wait to be seated. Do it!

I'd consider no stars if that was an option, but even then the waitress was super nice, so she gets a star. Last time in we waited over ten minutes without so much as a hello at the table, so we left. Went back today hoping for better, but, well... Got seated and attended to right away, then the wait started. We sat for thirty minutes after we ordered, being assured food was on its way, and the manager finally came over to talk to us. Said he heard he might need to. He assured us that our ticket was next, but we had places to go. Watched others get their food who sat after us, as well. Lots of empty tables with the lobby filling up. Had to be 40 people waiting when we left. Pretty sure we're done with the Cracker Barrel unless they can get their stuff together.

Good option for breakfast while on the road traveling. Our food arrived in a timely manner and our server was attentive. Not a huge fan of the cinnamon apples with breakfast, too much sweet, or their country gravy, tastes like flour paste but everything else was good.

I am sad to say this is the first negative review I have written to date. Normally service is great but poor supervisors dropped the ball.... We stopped in at 730 on a Friday night (11/21/14) and noticed that ovet half the tables were empty so we stopped in for a quick dinner. Even though half the tables were empty oddly we still had to wait 10 minutes for a table. We were seated and looked through our menus. It was a fish fry night so my choice was obvious. FISH... We waited and waited for someone to take our drink order. After about 10 minutes I hung the menus halfway off table in the servers walk path to get someones attention. Another 10 minutes later I noticed another customer get up and go to the hostess podium. I thought he was waiting for his check and went to complain so I followed him to the hostess stand. He started to talk to the hostess and I asked him if he was waiting for his bill and he said no. He said he was waiting for someone to take his order and serve some water. The hostess apologized and said she will get someone there as soon as possible. Since the other guy was there before me I decided to throw in the towel and just leave. I went back to my table to get my family and saw a server there. The server apologized and said that they had a server quit. She said she will take care of us. I asked if we were going to be neglected and she said no that she will take good care of us. We decided to give it a shot and stay. Just then she advised that they had no glasses and it will be awhile before they could get drinks out to us. Towel thrown in..... I told my wife that I wasnt going to sit without any water so we decided to leave. We were the second family to leave in 2 minutes and I'm sure more followed behind us. This was poor management and should have been dealt with. Did the manager not see what was going on? The whole east side of the restaurant was neglected due to 1 person quitting. What was the excuse for not having a clean glass to serve water in when only 60% of the tables were empty.

Great place for country breakfast- the store is really cute and packed with amazing variety of gift or personal items. I have a gluten allergy, no gluten free bread!

I'm not a huge fan of Cracker Barrel, but this location definitely gets four stars! I've looked all over West Michigan and this is the only place that I can find the giant size Reese's peanut butter bars. My hats off to you Cracker Barrel for carrying something so awesome.

I absolutely LOVE Cracker Barrel. From the home style food to the great staff to the fireplace and really cool general store, it's one of my favorite restaurants. This one was good. I was ordering a carryout and it took a while for someone to take my order, but it was almost closing time, so they get a pass. The chicken and dumplings and the biscuits were delicious, that made up for the wait.

Breakfast is not to bad. Good place to sit down and relax and get a good, hearty meal. The meals here are not bad at all, nothing that is drop dead oh my god got to have, but good consistent food. The biggest thing I like about this place is the "country vegetables" that they offer as sides. These are a fresh change of pace then the old standby of fries and baked potato. If you are looking for a good steady place to sit down, relax and grab a bite to eat with the family, Cracker Barrel is a good place to go.

I do come here often, and despite the five stars, this place isn't perfect but it makes up for its shortcomings! Every time I come I got to wait in line, and if you bring a group then the wait can be a good while. What this place does have is great homemade style food. I often indulge in the meatloaf plate, that gives me a nice chunk of beefy meatloaf ( and it comes with 3 sides, their Mac n cheese is great). Every now and then I'll get the fried catfish plate and their two big pieces of catfish is just amazing. Not only that, but they have endless refills on their homemade lemonade and raspberry lemonade!

The service here is amazing! I visited three times and had a different server each time, and each one was very attentive. They always have me extra food in my to-go box. I had a sunrise sampler, and it was overall good. The grits and biscuits and gravy need some work, but the meat is great and if you take home the hash browns and eat them cold with hot sauce, it's a delicacy.

The first time I ever went to a cracker barrel was about a year ago down south so when I was up in MI staying near this one, I had to try it. I ended up coming for dinner but got myself a nice egg sandwich and coffee. The sandwich comes with baked apple slices which are really yummy! It was really good and the service was pretty good too. The store and restaurant were both pretty much the same as the other one I've been to but it did seem a lot less busy than the one that I had gone to down in NC or VA. All in all, everything was good. I would definitely check out a cracker barrel the next time you can!

First time at Cracker Barrel and I was pleasantly surprised. The store attached to the restaurant is adorable - filled with homestyle goodies (food, gifts, etc.) Atmosphere is so cute - very country. Food was good. We both got breakfast plates - came with meat, apples, grits, biscuts/gravy, eggs, hashbrown cassorole (SO GOOD). If a chain restaurant is this good, i imagine authentic southern breakfasts to be AMAZING.

All comfort food. Great breakfasts. Great bacon. Great hashbrowns. Large portions of home-style cooking. Nothing fancy, but a great concept for a chain restaurant. They have a very large wood burning fireplace which gives off a great smell. It it also relaxing during the winter months. My wife likes the country store which has clothing, candy, games, and assorted items. They also sell wood rocking chairs. If you have never been to a Cracker Barrel, it's worth checking out.

Well this place is back to their old ways. Ordered dinner and after waiting 30 minutes for our food they came out to tell us they were out of mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese. Asked to see a menu so we could pick something else. Server left and after 10 minutes we got up and got our own menu from the hostess stand. Finally manager came over and apologized, then asked us what we'd like to substitute. Food came out quickly and was OK, but would have been better with the sides we wanted.
